By using the ek33 platform, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, not to attempt to disrupt the platform's normal operations, and not to harm other users. Using automated bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Using ek33's services for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited, and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. ek33 complies with international anti-financial crime regulations.
Impersonating another user, operating an account under a false identity, or attempting unauthorized access to any system on the platform is strictly prohibited. Such violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.
All financial transactions on ek33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank channels. Every transaction is processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Ek33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of a breach of these terms. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user's registered mobile number; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
